Youth Presentation Night 2024 Fri, 6 Sep 2024 6.30pm arrival Presentation to commence at 7pm with last drinks served at 11pm.   Join us to celebrate the 2024 season at the Bayside Event Centre, 70 Edith Street, Wynnum. Ticket cost: $35.00 per person (please note that Players will also need a purchased ticket to attend).  Ticket sales will close on 25 August 2024.  Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of purchase. A selection of food platters will be provided.  Players will be seated in team tables and expected to remain at these tables for the duration of the presentation.  Food platters and soft drink for players will be provided to their tables. Please note that for all other attendees, seating will be available towards the back of the room, ensuring our players are front and centre for the official presentations.  Roaming platters will be served, and drinks are available for purchase at bar prices. The Junior Presentation Day will be held on Saturday 24th August at Wynnum Vikings Club Oval.  It will commence at 9:00 am.  Each team will have an allocated time for trophy/medal presentations.  The schedule will be sent out via team apps. There will be a range of fun activities throughout the day including inflatables, crazy hair, ball games on the oval and raffles.    Each player will receive a sausage sizzle and popper on the day. Team managers will have tokens for these. Please communicate any dietary requirements and we will accommodate where possible. Canteen will be open for purchases.    Each family will receive one free coffee from the coffee van. Team managers will give out tokens for these. Thank you to our Under 8 family who put Wynnum Vikings in the draw to win free coffees for the parents.

Volunteers are the backbone of the Wynnum Vikings and we would like to host an social afternoon as a way of saying a very big thank you.  This is a great opportunity to come together on a Sunday afternoon and meet others that are lending a hand to ensure our club continues to have a great 2024 season. The Annual General Meeting is on Friday the 6th October 2023. The AGM will be combined with a thank you event for our volunteers. We wouldn't survive as a club without volunteers.  There are a number of roles which need filling for 2024. As usual you can pre-nominate for positions or people can be nominated on the night.

Looking for a venue to catch up with some mates and watch the 2023 Grand Final? The Vikings clubhouse will be open from 1:00pm with the game on the big screen. The bar will be operating for you to enjoy some cool beverages while you cheer on your team, with some pies and sausage rolls for sale as well! So come down, say hi, grab a drink and hot pie and enjoy the afternoon of Grand Final Footy.

We would love to see parents from our juniors and youth to our seniors and masters, all welcome to come and join in the fun.  Not your normal boring trivia - no pens, no paper! Raffle, Heads and tails, bottle toss and more. Our Summer training program is back for 2022. Starting in the first week of October and running for 8 weeks, your $100 will include your training singlet and coaching, with all proceeds going towards purchasing new nets to be installed behind the goals. We will be split over 3 nights, with the females on Tuesday night, the juniors (superstars to under 10) on Wedensday nights and the youth teams (2022 u/11 to u17) on a Thursday night. Please purchase your summer training program tickets according the night you will be attending.
